HEATHER - Office Manager

 Heather is a Ventura local and a proud mom of three. A former dental assistant, she is now John’s partner in both business and life. Heather plays a key role behind the scenes, keeping everything organized and running smoothly while ensuring customers have a seamless experience from start to finish.

 Sean is a Ventura local with years of experience as an electrician. He has a true passion for his work, and it shows in the quality and care he brings to every job.

 Louden has lived in California his entire life and enjoys making the most of everything the state has to offer. He plays guitar and spends much of his free time outdoors—hiking, surfing, and snowboarding during the winter months. When he’s at home, Louden enjoys relaxing by playing games on his computer or watching Twitch streams. 

 Aaron enjoys spending his free time listening to music and playing the guitar. He has a love for animals and values quality time with family and friends, often playing board games, card games, and video games together. 

 Jake is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys surfing, rock climbing, and hiking. With a background in telecommunications, he brings valuable experience in fiber optics and underground utility locating. Jake combines his technical knowledge with a strong work ethic, always taking on new challenges both on the job and in the outdoors.
