By enrolling in the Next Level Membership Program, you agree to the following terms: Membership fees are billed annually. All payments are due in advance of service. Membership will automatically renew unless canceled by the customer. A valid payment method must be kept on file. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time or past services. The membership includes one (1) annual electrical safety inspection per year. Additional services, repairs, or upgrades are not included unless specified and will be billed separately (with applicable member discounts). Discounts apply only to active members in good standing. Discounts and benefits cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the enrolled property or account. Priority service is subject to technician availability. Emergency or after-hours service may be subject to additional charges.

Inspection appointments must be scheduled in advance. Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the property for inspections and service. Additional charges may apply if access is restricted or delays occur. Inspections are visual and non-invasive unless otherwise stated. Hidden issues behind walls or inaccessible areas may not be detected. Next Level Electric is not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues or damage caused by faulty systems not previously identified. The company is not liable for delays caused by factors outside its control (weather, supply issues, etc.).
