Warranty Statement

Next Level Electric provides a one (1) year warranty on labor from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions. Labor warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, abuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or work performed by others.
 

Next Level Electric provides a one (1) year warranty on materials supplied and installed from the date of project completion. After the initial one-year period, all materials are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and limitations. Next Level Electric makes no additional warranties, express or implied, beyond those provided by the manufacturer after the first year.
 

 This warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of God, power surges, environmental conditions, improper use, neglect, or alterations by parties other than Next Level Electric. Warranty service does not include diagnostic fees or labor costs outside the stated warranty periods unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
